Same day customization results in $70 fee. If extensions are being colored please have hair dropped off a week before appointment! I do not accept TPART, synthetic, or wigs that were NOT previously installed by me! No exceptions SILK PRESS Silk press services are not available for kids under 10 years old! Please specify in client notes if your hair is below bra strap length as there is a $45 up-charge for longer time slot. PAYMENT: All remaining balances must be paid in cash or card ONLY. Cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, & PayPal will not be excepted NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE LATE: Running behind happens, just be considerate and let me know! After 15 mins, your appointment will be canceled & the card on file will get charged the LAST MIN cancellation fee. LAST MIN CANCELLATIONS: You have 48 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel. Last minute cancellations will get charged 50% of the service amount. NO CALL/NO SHOW: IN RESULT OF A NO CALL/NOSHOW the card on file will be charged 100% of the service amount, and client will be banned from booking. PLEASE NOTE: There are NO KIDS allowed and no extra guest. Street Parking is available, so please arrive a earlier than your scheduled appointment time If in attempt to collect cancellations/no call no show fee & the card on file is removed/insufficient funds, you will be banned from booking in the future. There are no refunds after you’ve been serviced. If there are any complaints or issues with your service, we will discuss a solution. In the event, common ground isn’t achieved; no refunds will be processed unless stated otherwise. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits can be used up to a week for reschedule. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointments within 48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable and does not carry over to future appointments .Last minute cancellations result in a fee of 50% of your balance. If your appointment is a no call no show you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
